Hi, I’m Juliet Silva, the founder, bartender, and one-women show behind 321 Bartending.
After years behind the bar at restaurants, cocktail lounges, weddings, and private events across the Space Coast, I knew I wanted to build something of my own. Something that brought the full bar experience directly to the people celebrating, without the venue markup, the liquor license stress, or the cookie-cutter service.
321 Bartending is that thing. You supply the alcohol. I show up with everything else and make sure your event runs smoothly, your guests are taken care of, and you actually get to enjoy the night.
